A Clinical effect of Refosporen(r) Treatment for surgical infections of surgical conditions.

Abstract
|
|
|
Clinical effect of Refosporen(r) treatment was performed for the prophylatic and therapeutic use in various disease of general surgery in CNUH, the following results were obtained.
1) Refosporen(r) was used in 3 prophylactic cases, 3 cases were recovered from surgery without any postoperative surgical infections, or complication.
2) in 12 theraputic cases, 11 cases reveal excellent effect and 1 case reveals good effect.
3) The main advantages are the low rate of development in resistant organism against the Refosporen(r) and little side effects to the patients, and superior activity against Enterococci there were not included in the spectrum of usual
cephalosporin.
